Creator Terms

These creator terms apply when you upload game packages, artwork, metadata, SDK scopes, or paid release details to Qubiz.

Rights and permissions

You must have all rights needed for your game, including code, artwork, fonts, music, characters, brands, screenshots, trailers, and third-party libraries. You grant Qubiz the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate, test, and distribute the game.

Upload requirements

• Declare external domains, tracking, ads, payments, and requested SDK scopes.
• Do not upload malware, hidden executable payloads, deceptive redirects, or stolen assets.
• Provide accurate title, slug, tags, artwork, age/content notes, and pricing copy.
• Respond to moderation requests before publication.

Payments

Paid releases require Stripe configuration, transparent pricing, refund handling, entitlement fulfillment, and platform-fee disclosure before launch.

Moderation

Qubiz can reject, delist, or request changes to uploads that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
