Terms of Service

These terms explain the current Qubiz service operated by Next Aether Cloud. They are written for the product as implemented and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.

Accounts

You can play games as a guest, but profile, settings, upload, and creator pages require a non-anonymous Firebase account. Moderation and admin tools are restricted to configured Qubiz admins. Keep your login credentials secure and contact privacy@qubiz.funif you believe your account is being misused.

Games and leaderboards

Qubiz provides browser games, saves, achievements, public leaderboards, and optional casual rooms. Scores submitted from browser games can be manipulated by clients, so leaderboards are entertainment features and not guaranteed competitive records.

Creator uploads

Creators must own or have permission to use every uploaded file, asset, character, trademark, music track, and package. Uploads must not include malware, hidden trackers, deceptive payment flows, illegal content, or content that violates the Community Guidelines.

Moderation and reports

Qubiz may remove or restrict games, accounts, files, leaderboard entries, or creator submissions when they appear unsafe, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or incompatible with these terms. Use Report Content to send notices or appeal a moderation decision.

Payments and ads

Paid releases and Stripe Checkout are available only when configured. Prices, taxes, refunds, and creator revenue rules must be shown before purchase. Ads and analytics are consent-gated and depend on CMP configuration for regulated regions.

Age rules

Qubiz is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required in your country to create an online account without parental consent, use Qubiz only with a parent or guardian.

Liability

Qubiz is provided as a browser game platform with no promise that every game, leaderboard, room, upload, ad, or payment integration will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
