This policy describes how Next Aether Cloud processes data for Qubiz athttps://qubiz.fun. It reflects the current Firebase, Stripe, analytics, ads, local storage, and creator-upload implementation.

Controller and contact

Data we process

• Firebase Auth creates the account UID and stores email/password or Google provider identity.
• Firestore stores users/{uid} profile records, private saves, preferences, achievements, and public leaderboard entries.
• Realtime Database may store short-lived rooms/{gameSlug} lobby state for casual multiplayer.
• Browser local storage keeps consent choices, theme mode, SDK permission policy, and local profile or save drafts.
• Google Analytics and AdSense tags stay denied until the consent provider allows them.
• Stripe may process checkout, payment, entitlement, and webhook records when paid releases are enabled.
• Firebase Storage may hold uploaded game packages, cover art, banners, and generated manifests.

Purpose and legal basis

Account, saves, uploads, moderation, payments, and security data are processed to provide and protect the service. Consent-based analytics, advertising, and ad personalization stay off until you allow them in the cookie controls.

Public data

Public leaderboards can show display names and scores. Creator games that are approved for publication can show title, slug, tags, artwork, requested SDK scopes, and public store metadata.

Storage and retention

Account records, saves, preferences, achievements, leaderboards, upload manifests, and payment entitlements are kept while needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, or investigate abuse. Local browser saves and consent choices stay on your device until you clear them or change settings.

Your choices

Use Settings to update theme, consent, and SDK permission choices. Contact us to request access, export, correction, deletion, or objection. Some records may be retained where required for security, payment, or legal compliance.

Children

Qubiz is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Report concerns to privacy@qubiz.fun.
